"I love that every week is different so it keeps things interesting. Definitely the best yoga class I’ve been to!"
Yoga Style

Relaxing though fortifying at the same time, these classes build on inner strength. We need to relax to restore our energy, as through relaxation our body heals and strengthens, enabling us to better face life’s challenges.

In a typical class you will start off lying down to allow your energy to settle before being gently guided up to standing poses followed by seated and floor postures. You will then come back to lying down for a long relaxation to help assimilate the practice. Throughout the class you are encouraged to listen to your own body and go only as far as feels right for you.

The classes vary from season to season aligning with nature and the seasons. We work on body, mind and breath in each session. The breath is an important aspect in our wellbeing as it’s the bridge between body and mind.

Yoga Level

Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike as you are guided throughout the practice and modifications are offered.
